Hotshot 191 passes by JD tower, a former B&O interlocking tower which closed in 1992 and was torn down in 1994. Weeds and brush now cover the area where JD stood for decades.
The construction site is for MARC's Muirkirk station, a suburban stop on the Camden Line.
